Following a two minute silence in honour of those who bravely fought for our freedom, the residents and staff joined together to celebrate the 75th Anniversary of VE Day.
The day included some fun dressing up, plenty of bunting, tea and cake, fish and chips, a little sherry, and a sing along. We were led in song by Nigel, husband of a member of staff, who treated us all to some old favourites from the 40’s.

Social distancing was observed at all times.
